Slayton House has several spaces suitable for business meetings and classes.

Conference Room | Bill White Room & Gallery

The Bill White Room is ideal for small business meetings or social gatherings and can accommodate up to 30 guests seated depending on configuration (40 with standing room), or 45 guests for a standing room only event.  This room also functions as an art gallery and is not available for children’s events. 

 

 

Dance Studio 

This room is approximately 1,500 square feet and can accommodate approximately 50 adults for dance and exercise classes (instructors should use their discretion based on the activity). Classes are defined as having at least four consecutive daily, weekly, or monthly sessions that are a minimum of 2 hours each. Rental includes Bose sound system, barres, and mirrors, and discounted performance rates are available for eligible groups who hold weekly classes for at least 9 months out of the year. 

 

Wilde Lake Room | Green Room

This room is approximately 500 square feet and is generally used for smaller dance classes or casual meetings. It has one mirrored wall with the ballet barre. Small meetings can also be held in this room, with occupancy of up to 20 seated depending on configuration (45 with standing room). The Wilde Lake Room rents for $35/hour.
