The 220 seat Slayton House Theatre has the sound and lighting capability to produce musical, dance, and theater productions. Dressing rooms, a Green Room, and a set construction room with loading dock complete the stage set-up. Technical assistance for sound and lighting needs is available through our Technical Director and must be contracted separately.
The theater set-up can be modified for any size corporate meeting. Free WiFi, a retractable standard size movie screen plus wired and wireless mic capability make Slayton House an ideal location for business meetings and award ceremonies. Without the tiered seating in place, the theater can be easily converted to a banquet or party room to accommodate 110 seated guests. The catering kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, commercial microwave and warming oven. Standard furnishings include upholstered chairs, six and eight-foot rectangular tables, and five-foot round tables that can be arranged to suit your event.

Also required: Chaperone ratio: 1 adult/10 teens | Name, address, number of chaperones are required before the event | One (1) private security guards must be in attendance during the entire function, provided at the lessee’s expense.
