Teen Event Rates

Teen rentals require the following additional fees: $25/hr staffing fee, $30 after 10 pm | $80 set-up fee | $100 clean-up fee |  $350 refundable security deposit due at contract signing.  Also required: Chaperone ratio: 1 adult/10 teens | Name, address, number of chaperones are required before the event | Two (2) private security guards must be in attendance during the entire function, provided at the lessee’s expense.
