Fall Native Plant ONLY Exchange

10:00am - 11:00am | Slayton House

The Plant Exchange at Wilde Lake is back, this time as a Native Plant ONLY exchange. Fall is a great time to separate and move native plants that have grown crowded in your garden beds. Not sure if what you have is native? Post to the Capital Naturalist or Maryland Native Plant Society FB pages or send us a picture and description and we’ll help you with ID. Plants must be dropped off at Slayton House between 9am-9:45am on the day of the Exchange. The Exchange will open promptly at 10am and will stay open until all plants are gone or 11am (whichever comes first). As a reminder, the organizers reserve the right to remove any plant deemed diseased or non-native from the exchange. Hope to see you all there!  Questions?  Contact Bess Caplan at besswlvb@gmail.com.  Sponsored by Wilde Lake CARES.
