Roslyn Rise Redevelopment featured in Business Monthly – Enterprise Community Development recently closed on construction financing for Roslyn Rise. The financing allows for construction to begin on the modern and sustainable mixed-income project. JULY 22, 2022 UPDATE:
Howard County Executive Calvin Ball posted a video along with the message below on Facebook.
“Roslyn Rise is an exciting new mixed-income development that will provide over 100 affordable units across the income spectrum. Given that the majority of low-income renters in Howard County are spending more than 30% of their income on housing, we were proud to support this development with critically needed tax incentives to enable it to move forward.
JULY 1, 2022 UPDATE:
Enterprise Community Development advised Wilde Lake Community Association that the tunnel under Twin Rivers Road will close on or after July 14, 2022. It will remain closed for the duration of the construction project.

“Construction fencing will be installed at the Roslyn Rise site on Thursday, February 24, 2022 (Construction fencing plan). The tunnel under Twin Rivers Road will remain open for the time being until active construction begins.”

Roslyn Rise Redevelopment Public Comment Period
On January 11, 2021, Enterprise Community Development, Inc. presented to the Wilde Lake Village Board plans to redevelop Roslyn Rise, the property located on Twin Rivers Road adjacent to Trumpeter Road. The Wilde Lake Community Association Non-Residential Properties Architectural Procedures specify that following such a presentation to the Board “the proposed changes shall be available to the public for a period of three weeks.” Residents are invited to comment on the plans by letter addressed to Slayton House or by email to [email protected].
The plans for Roslyn Rise will be available on the WLCA website beginning January 15, 2021. Click here to view the plans. Residents wishing to view the material in person may contact Carl McKinney at [email protected] to schedule an appointment at Slayton House. The deadline to submit comments is February 5, 2021.
At the close of this comment period, all letters, emails and any other input from residents will be collated by the Wilde Lake Covenant Advisor and provided to Enterprise, the Board, and the Resident Architectural Committee. Enterprise Community Development will address the public comments in its subsequent Application for Exterior Alteration for Non-Residential Properties.
