JULY 22, 2022 UPDATE:

Howard County Executive Calvin Ball posted a video along with the message below on Facebook.

“Roslyn Rise is an exciting new mixed-income development that will provide over 100 affordable units across the income spectrum. Given that the majority of low-income renters in Howard County are spending more than 30% of their income on housing, we were proud to support this development with critically needed tax incentives to enable it to move forward.

We’d like to thank Enterprise Community Development for their partnership as we continue to work together to address the shortage of affordable housing throughout the county.”
