DESCRIPTION:Join Wilde Lake CARES for its 2023 Early Winter Bird Walk on Saturday\, Dec. 2 from 10AM – 12PM at Wilde Lake Park. From Wilde Lake CARES: \nWinter\, assuming it doesn’t get so cold the lakes freeze\, can mean ducks! Join Wilde Lake CARES for a bird walk where we hope to see Bufflehead and Ring-Necked Ducks\, as well as the ubiquitous non-migratory Canada Geese and Mallards of uncertain heritage. In addition\, there can be the winter suite of songbirds. I’d be willing to bet we could turn up White-throated Sparrows and Dark-Eyed Juncos. Let’s explore!
