The Wilde Lake Architectural Guidelines and Maintenance Standards
These will help you determine what alterations to your property require an application, and what types of alterations are most likely to be approved.
Invasive Plant Brochure
This brochure helps residents identify non-native plants and provides information on gardening responsibly.
Application for Exterior Alteration
This application is submitted for any alteration that materially changes the exterior appearance of your property. Completed applications may be dropped off, mailed, or faxed (410-730-6695) to Slayton House, or scanned and emailed to the Covenant Advisor (email@example.com ).
In-Home Business Application
If you wish to operate an in-home business, an application is required. Completed applications may be dropped off, mailed, or faxed (410-730-6695) to Slayton House, or scanned and emailed to the Covenant Advisor (firstname.lastname@example.org ).
Tree Removal Request
Please note that a Wilde Lake Tree Removal Request must be filed before you remove a tree with a trunk 6” or more in diameter if measured 2 feet above the ground. The request is submitted directly to Columbia Association Open Space Management, which will inspect the tree prior to issuing approval.
